Palm Eco briquettes envisions a world where energy is clean and affordable to all. Being an agricultural country, They are recycling the plentiful mismanaged agro-waste to produce reusable, sootless and organic briquettes an alternative to charcoal and firewood.
With production of over 4 million Kkilograms so far, they’ve recycled 800,000 tones of agro-waste, saved trees and different communities from chronic illness while enabled them save more money by providing an alternative to charcoal and wood.
SYDF is a youth led Social Enterprise whose theory of change is to combat unemployment among the youth through hands on skills training and development like sanitary pads, liquid soap, bakery, paper bags etc.
About 1000 youths have learnt the trade of implementing these skills and have branched out to become self-employed by starting businesses. SYDF is supporting communities transform through empowering youth to become self-reliant and providing affordable essential products like sanitary pads, soap etc.

We operate in over 5 districts and have over 20,010 farmers we link to available markets making a maximum of $495 per year on average. We provide farmers with seeds and seedlings that produce high yields compared to available seeds in the market and value addition.

The Plastic waste disposal in Uganda is increasing to 600 tons daily that ends up the environment. Reform Africa is wielding the 3R’s i.e., Reduce, Recycle, Reuse by cleaning/collecting this plastic waste, using unique techniques to process it in to colorful material and tailor it in to reusable bags like backpacks, shopping bags, cross bags or smaller toiletry kits.

They have transformed lives of over 50 Street kids through rehabilitating them to collect plastic/ polyphenols wastes materials and trained over 25 kids to make artistic products like lampshades, laptop bags, iPad/iPhone bags, money purses that they sell to earn a decent sustainable livelihood.

“AWIN WIN SOLUTION FOR PLANET & PEOPLE” Choni tech solutions is an innovation turning plastic waste into various kinds of fuel like jet fuel, diesel, petrol and kerosene. They are collecting plastic waste littered in communities and use a process called pyrolysis where a reactor extracts hydrocarbon to convert the plastics into fuel and 1kg of plastics produces 1kg of fuel. They strive to create healthy & clean environment for us to live, provide affordable fuel to communities and potential employment for youth.

“CLEAN ENERGY FOR ALL” Kumalo Reuse Energy Solutions is a social enterprise transforming organic materials into clean, affordable and long-lasting biogas which is used for lighting and cooking. They intend to reduce reliance on firewood and charcoal in order to improve health for people, create a cleaner environment, increase household savings through use of affordable, sootless and sustainable cooking solutions. Biogas is an odorless methane formed as a result of natural bacteria decomposition.

Hyper Wash is a mobile car wash, mobile auto mechanics and e-payment enterprise using a prototype machine that uses steam (water in gaseous state) to clean automobiles. The machine only uses rechargeable batteries and steam (water in gaseous state at regulated temperatures) to wash cars. It doesn’t require chemicals like soap or fuels producing toxic chemicals to the atmosphere to be able to clean automobiles. It’s environment friendly as it doesn’t negatively affect the environment with carbon dioxide spills to the atmosphere.
