It is an easy-to-use tool that offers premium early childhood education content to parents and teachers, Current over 126 parents and 15 schools are using it to deliver daily curriculum-aligned lessons to their children using our web and mobile apps.

Palm Eco briquettes envisions a world where energy is clean and affordable to all. Being an agricultural country, They are recycling the plentiful mismanaged agro-waste to produce reusable, sootless and organic briquettes an alternative to charcoal and firewood.

With production of over 4 million Kkilograms so far, they’ve recycled 800,000 tones of agro-waste, saved trees and different communities from chronic illness while enabled them save more money by providing an alternative to charcoal and wood.

SYDF is a youth led Social Enterprise whose theory of change is to combat unemployment among the youth through hands on skills training and development like sanitary pads, liquid soap, bakery, paper bags etc.

About 1000 youths have learnt the trade of implementing these skills and have branched out to become self-employed by starting businesses. SYDF is supporting communities transform through empowering youth to become self-reliant and providing affordable essential products like sanitary pads, soap etc.

KCDA is a farmer corporative in Kanungu District working with coffee farmers through providing adequate skills on post harvest handling field trainings, harvesting and post harvest handling.

They work with over 1500 farmers and 8 farmer groups to add value on coffee, increase revenues for their households and promote domestic Coffee consumption. They are establishing cooperative enterprises and infrastructure development to support farmers reduce the cost of managing farms, harvests and processing.

Hydroponic Farms Uganda designs, manufactures and distributes fully automated hydroponic farms and auto dosing systems to empower the urban population to practice urban farming and realize high yields.

We operate in over 5 districts and have over 20,010 farmers we link to available markets making a maximum of $495 per year on average. We provide farmers with seeds and seedlings that produce high yields compared to available seeds in the market and value addition.

Through their call center and online shop, they have grown their customer base to over 4,000 providing them with affordable, trusted and certified farm inputs for better yields/harvest that are delivered to their doorstep.

Their social objective is to empower the youth from various backgrounds and those who may not afford to attend a college or university education. They equip them with employable creative and technical audio-visual skills in different forms of media that they can use to tell and capture their own stories through audio-visual means.

Founder of JKCC General Supplies Ltd, his enterprise offers Agribusiness trade for sustainable livelihood of smallholder farmers.

Through working with farmer associations, the enterprise has gained valuable experience in coffee trade, and is currently operating in the conventional market contributing 140,000 bags to the 4.5 million bags Uganda is producing currently from their 2,661 affiliated farmers.

Team leader of MiAgro Shoppers Enterprise. The e-commerce digital platform based in Kampala Uganda, offers products ranging from Agricultural groceries, Gas accessories and Kitchen ware delivered your doorstep.

With over 1,000 clients, the e-commerce platform also has an android phone-based application which their customers can conveniently use to place their orders for groceries/gas accessories/Kitchen ware items. They work with local Ugandan suppliers and farmers to provide their clientele with agricultural and electric items with ease and convenience.

She is the C.E.O/Founding Director of Coin Worth Uganda, a Community Based Organization that offers smart, easy, and convenient saving and credit options through encouragement of regular saving of money, as low as UGX 100 shs.

The organization has over 2,818 clients mainly in low-income earning communities and aims to sensitize communities on the value of saving within the Ugandan community. They also offer financial services like training/consultancy, bookkeeping, community shares and social emergency fund to these individuals.

His business, Dokitar medical consultancy ltd, is mobile and telemedicine company for focused to deliver a comprehensive, quality primary healthcare to people around the world, and improve healthcare delivery in rural and underserved communities of Uganda.

The company has so far recruited 100 health providers and specialist to serve our clients at their convenience.

“NO HEALTH WITHOUT MENTAL HEALTH” SoHope is a social enterprise that empowers persons with mental illness in Hospitals, prisons and communities. They create a platform to reach out to those with a deep conviction toward persons with mental illness through use of the Mental Health Action Board Tool, a print and online workbook sensitizing people on how to keep in good mental state. Through their special campaign drives and corporate social responsibility, they aim to facilitate the spirit to share experiences, enable provision of quality services, skills empowerment and spiritual uplifting of these people.

“FASHION BEYOND BARRIERS” Kimuli Fashionability is a social enterprise embracing ‘Reduce, Reuse, Recycle’ through transforming waste into up-cycled fashion while providing training and employment opportunities to people with disabilities. Over 120 tons of plastic waste have been up-cycled into 15000 handmade durable water proof accessories and garments adorned with traditional Kitenge fabric and made of 100% recycled material These include PPE jackets, Bags and reusable masks.

“WASTE IS NOT WASTE UNTIL YOU WASTE IT” Reform Africa is transforming plastic waste into sustainable, waterproof and durable bags for school goers and others. The Plastic waste disposal in Uganda is increasing to 600 tons daily that ends up the environment. Reform Africa is wielding the 3R’s i.e., Reduce, Recycle, Reuse by cleaning/collecting this plastic waste, using unique techniques to process it in to colorful material and tailor it in to reusable bags like backpacks, shopping bags, cross bags or smaller toiletry kits.

“AWAKENING HOPE FOR STREETKIDS” Tukole art cultural inspirations is rehabilitating vulnerable children/street kids to be responsible citizens by training them in plastic waste management through collecting plastic waste and recycling it in to useful art and craft products. They have transformed lives of over 50 Street kids through rehabilitating them to collect plastic/ polyphenols wastes materials and trained over 25 kids to make artistic products like lampshades, laptop bags, iPad/iPhone bags, money purses that they sell to earn a decent sustainable livelihood.

“CLEAN ENERGY FOR ALL” Kumalo Reuse Energy Solutions is a social enterprise transforming organic materials into clean, affordable and long-lasting biogas which is used for lighting and cooking. They intend to reduce reliance on firewood and charcoal in order to improve health for people, create a cleaner environment, increase household savings through use of affordable, sootless and sustainable cooking solutions. Biogas is an odorless methane formed as a result of natural bacteria decomposition.

Hyper Wash is a mobile car wash, mobile auto mechanics and e-payment enterprise using a prototype machine that uses steam (water in gaseous state) to clean automobiles. The machine only uses rechargeable batteries and steam (water in gaseous state at regulated temperatures) to wash cars. It doesn’t require chemicals like soap or fuels producing toxic chemicals to the atmosphere to be able to clean automobiles. It’s environment friendly as it doesn’t negatively affect the environment with carbon dioxide spills to the atmosphere.

Hibiscus Links is a social enterprise that grows, produces, and supplies Hibiscus calyx whilst also supporting single mothers and farmers by giving them an opportunity to grow the hibiscus calyx as a source of income, and also training them on good farming practices for Hibiscus. The plant is locally processed using sunlight instead of using electronic means, and package in reusable packaging.

Kibimbiri Rice Farmers cooperative (KIRIFACO) is a pilot funded and national registered cooperative located in Meizimera-Kihihi Town Council in Kanungu District with two thousand rice farmer beneficiaries (2,000). They promote quality rice production among farmers using organic farming methods and easy access to inputs by farmers through collaboration with their potential partner PLF and other service providers.

“ADVENTURE STARTS HERE” Limu 256 is a Ugandan focused online travel marketplace that connects local and international travelers to Ugandan travel related transportation and accommodation service providers. They provide a common ground for Ugandan service providers in tourism to affordably list their products and services hence optimizing and easing search, price comparison and booking by travelers.
